This is a match made in heaven. Poseidon in the Caribbean is a layering expression that is long overdue. Bright and flavorful coconut blends together with pineapple for a tropical expression that would make any fruitarian salivate. Rum creates an addictive aroma that deepens the juiciness of the plentiful citrus notes. An undertow of ambergris reminds us of the vitality of the ocean.
